Using damp hand made paper I embossed some of the lino blocks under the pressure of the printing press and added some gold leaf detail. This would make a nice cover for the book if I were to go in that direction, also just a nice piece on its own. Its very clean and pure in colour as opposed to the weathered stone it was lifted from. Making special/ simple with gold and white

This word again lifted directly from a grave stone. I traced and then embroidered over with cotton. Seem a fitting medium for a victorian wife. However, the font style of the "w" looks a bit " willy wonka" style.
