Areas of interest for me are the town, the viaduct- industry- routes of industry- maps- as a structure.
the structures of certain building in the town- the contrast with industry and whats left behind- cash converters and gambling places, closed down bingo hall.
neglected structure with the structure of nature- re wilding of areas
approaches- collage/ mixed media including lino print, sewing/ textile with illustration/ paint.
clothing with repeat print/ structure. maps hand stitched.
Take clay imprints from the bricks at the viaduct ( they all have place names on them)
Clay imprints from other areas of viaduct.
Cast together to create a structure/ sculpture
