Frame

I have this old chalk notice board at home, the frame is very decorative, I painted it gold with furniture paint, I'm considering this as the frame for my final piece of work to go inside the Abbey as It will fit in with the surroundings, there are many portraits within the house framed in gold.

The language of the gold frame suggests this contains something important. The imagery I put within it, either an illustration, print or collage with the intention of challenging the idea of privilege and who or what is worthy to be framed in gold?
